Back in the 90's, you had your Donruss, Upper Deck, Topps & Fleer sets, but when you went to your local card shop, they always had these weird off brand cards of your favorite players available for purchase. One of the most seen in the stores I visited were "Shanks" cards. The fronts of the cards were pretty nice looking and had some never before seen shots of some great players, but the backs were extremely generic as seen on the reverse side of this Bo card. Nevertheless, I thought they were cool and had to have any card that had Bo on it. I have a few of these cards in my collection today and when I see them it reminds me of those times where I would go to the card shop with my Dad in search of some sweet baseball cards.
Card shops and card shows were really the only places that you could find Broders back then.
